About Us:
Cap Equity Realty is a full service real estate brokerage for residential and commercial properties. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Show properties seven days per week
• Host all Cap Equity Realty open houses
• Source property owners for Cap Equity Locations production requests
• Assist buyers with finding properties to purchase

Required Skills & Experience:

• CA Licensed broker or agent
• Proven track record assisting buyers in the $1-15M price point
• Team player, very presentable, outgoing, smart, responsible, exciting

• Hunter ; not a farmer
• Closer

Photographer

We're looking for an amazing photographer to shoot our real estate and locations photos. We're looking to hire someone full-time, to become part of our team and grow with us. We are a fun company that is growing quickly and needs good people that will grow with us. Are you a good fit?

Here's what we're looking for:

• HDR Photos - Example Here
• High Resolution Photos - Example Here
• HD Video - Example Here
• Be available to show our properties
• Provide creative input for our marketing
• Graphic design
• Mastery of Photoshop, Lightroom, and HDR software (ie. Photomatix) required 
• Must have a reliable and proven work flow and gear to get the job done right under a deadline
