Coordinator, Cap Equity Locations

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Coordinator to join our team in West Los Angeles. This position is directly responsible for managing administrative activities and coordinating scouts. This individual will work as part of a team, in a supporting role. The ability to work quickly, plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload is essential. We are looking for someone capable and efficient to work with top tier production companies, studios, as well as commercial and residential property owners. This is an opportunity for someone to grow within our company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Interface with production and property owner clients to facilitate scouting and filming on-location at our properties

  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries

  • Manage opportunities/ sales funnel, update and maintain client database

  • Manage property profiles on company website

  • Keep calendar updated, schedule meetings and scouts

  • Provide support in drafting license agreements, creating invoices, as needed

  • Source past projects once they’ve aired

  • Other miscellaneous duties and projects assigned

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in the locations industry. We are looking for someone who can successfully interface with locations professionals and property owners to assist our team in signing up new locations and generate filming revenue. The ideal candidate is relentless, someone who does not take no for an answer, and who consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Set appointments for the company VP to meet with prospective clients
  • Manage all follow-up and outreach to new business prospects
  • Communicate with property owners to keep them up to speed on a project
  • Master our inventory, identify gaps in our property portfolio, and assist in bringing on new accounts
  • Build our customer database and increase customer retention
  • Must be accountable for our customer experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in the locations or commercial real estate industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
