He has led seminars throughout Southern California, sharing his dynamic approach to our tumultuous market.

Jason Jones is the co-founder of Cap Equity Realty and Cap Equity Locations. He partnered with Capossela to develop an enterprising methodology to real estate and film locations. Together they identified industry pitfalls and built a unique business model for Los Angeles.

Tawny Melton is a native Californian with over 8 years of experience in the Legal and Entertainment Industries. She received her B.A. in Geography from UCLA, Magna Cum Lade, and specialized in Film Productions and Locations. 

Rebecca brings her creativity and enthusiasm to the Cap Equity team as Marketing Associate. Her business philosophy is grounded in customer service and delivering results. She strives to create messages that inspire, motivate and empower people to act.

Rick brings both creative and strategic thinking to the Cap Equity team. As a positive and enthusiastic team player, his background in risk assessment and positive investment analysis grounds his analytical approach to problem solving. His ability to learn new concepts quickly and connect easily with a full spectrum of cultures makes Rick invaluable to the team.

Ernest's background in geology and finance provides a unique insight into the Los Angeles real estate market.  His experience is invaluable in navigating the hazards and mitigating the risks of buying, selling, and investing in hillside properties. 

A California native born in Santa Maria, California, Denison's family relocated to the Los Angeles, at very young age, where she was inspired by watching her parents buying real estate investments. Denison became interested in the film industry when she worked at St. Mary's Emergency Department where they shot scenes from the movie "Heat," and the entire ER staff was hired, as "extras." She signed up with a casting agency as an extra and spent many hours, on the set, observing how things worked with production. She then, took the Dov Simen's Crash Course for Producers, with a hunger to learn more, developing a filmmaker's eye.

Nathali is an accomplished sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur speciliazing in establishing new and unknown brands in the US market with a passion for all things real estate: homes, buildings, land. 

A long time resident of Los Angeles, specifically the west side, and native of Austin, TX, where her family still resides and is in the real estate business, Nathali & Cap Equity Realty are happy to help facilitate, educate and/or guide your relocation to and/or from either surrounding metro area.

Originally receiving her real estate license 20 years ago and living in the San Francisco Bay Area, Marta specialized in leasing luxury, short-term, furnished accommodations to families and executives from all over the world. Obtaining her Series 7 license in the mid 90’s, Marta worked with a highly successful money manager in San Francisco, followed by a high-level position working at New York based brokerage firm DLJ in Century City.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, James migrated to Los Angeles sixteen years ago and enjoys helping people and cultivating strong relationships.

Christiana Moffa brings over 15 years of diverse real estate experience to clients large and small. Her early career was with J.P. Morgan & Co. and Wachovia, where she focused on REIT analysis and banking. She subsequently transitioned to General Growth Properties, Inc. where she directed investor communications efforts and drafted three award-winning annual reports before moving to California to assume alternative revenue and leasing responsibilities for a portfolio of five regional shopping malls.
