Rebecca brings her creativity and enthusiasm to the Cap Equity team as Marketing Associate. Her business philosophy is grounded in customer service and delivering results. She strives to create messages that inspire, motivate and empower people to act.

Ijeoma Njaka (pronounced ee-JOH-mah in-JAH-kah) began her Real Estate career as an investor in commercial real estate.  Commercial Real Estate soon became both a passion and an obsession for Ijeoma, which lead her to get her real estate license.  In 2008, Ijeoma became a Real Estate agent and began working with one of the most prestigious real estate teams in West Los Angeles.  After much success with that first agency, Ijeoma left to form her own Independent Real Estate company, Ijeoma Njaka Realty Group.  Ijeoma added a couple of agents to her team and continued to do well as a Real Estate salesperson.

Gina has over 10 years experience in real estate throughout Southern California. Her experiences encompass both sales and leasing in the residential and commercial markets. Gina’s prior experiences have given her the skills required to become a successful agent in one of the country’s most competitive markets. Her commitment to growing her reputation as a great agent is evident through her dedication to her clients, her strong work ethic, and her unmistakable positive attitude. Tiffiny brings over 10-years industry experience to the Cap Equity Locations team. Her background as a Production Coordinator and a Project Manager gives her a deep understanding of the industry and the way in which it operates. Tiffiny’s attention to detail, dedication, and passion for the industry, make her a perfect addition to the team. She coordinates with hundreds of property owners and industry professionals to handle all aspects of booking on-location productions. As the main point of contact for property owners and locations professionals, Tiffiny’s ability to maintain control in a fast-paced environment has been crucial to her success, and has led her to become a valuable asset to the company.

Curtis joins the Cap Equity Team with over 18 years of Film Industry experience that includes Producing for some of the world’s most iconic Feature Animation and Live-Action film Directors. Having built and managed Film operations from start-up in Los Angeles, Tokyo, London, and Vancouver, Curtis knows the physical groundwork required for long-term success. His comprehensive understanding of Production and Filmmaking allows him to connect with clients and add value to productions. With over 15 TV and Film credits, and an expansive VFX/Animation Production portfolio to his name, Curtis brings a unique delivery perspective to the team. His entertainment business savvy and drive for success make him invaluable to the success of Cap Equity Locations.

A California native born in Santa Maria, California, Denison's family relocated to the Los Angeles, at very young age, where she was inspired by watching her parents buying real estate investments. Denison became interested in the film industry when she worked at St. Mary's Emergency Department where they shot scenes from the movie "Heat," and the entire ER staff was hired, as "extras." She signed up with a casting agency as an extra and spent many hours, on the set, observing how things worked with production. She then, took the Dov Simen's Crash Course for Producers, with a hunger to learn more, developing a filmmaker's eye.

Christina’s passion for the visual arts, combined with over 20 years studying and observing photography, dance, fashion and different mediums of art, give her the perfect perspective as Cap Equity Location’s Photographer. Christina has worked as a street photographer for an online publication, and an event, product and food, and editorial photographer. Her passion for photography is shown through the care and attention to detail in her photos. Having never taken locations photographs before, Christina quickly adapted to the style and necessary perspectives the industry is accustomed to. Her ability to adapt and learn quickly has made her photographs a hit with industry professionals.

Eric Saneholtz brings unparalleled leadership and strong negotiation skills to any transaction due to his tenure as a High-Technology Sales Manager and consultant, and years spent as a Marine Corps officer. Eric earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University, and his Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University while working as a management consultant.

Nathali is an accomplished sales and marketing executive and entrepreneur speciliazing in establishing new and unknown brands in the US market with a passion for all things real estate: homes, buildings, land.

Originally receiving her real estate license 20 years ago and living in the San Francisco Bay Area, Marta specialized in leasing luxury, short-term, furnished accommodations to families and executives from all over the world. Obtaining her Series 7 license in the mid 90’s, Marta worked with a highly successful money manager in San Francisco, followed by a high-level position working at New York based brokerage firm DLJ in Century City.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, James migrated to Los Angeles sixteen years ago and enjoys helping people and cultivating strong relationships.

Christiana Moffa brings over 15 years of diverse real estate experience to clients large and small. Her early career was with J.P. Morgan & Co. and Wachovia, where she focused on REIT analysis and banking. She subsequently transitioned to General Growth Properties, Inc. where she directed investor communications efforts and drafted three award-winning annual reports before moving to California to assume alternative revenue and leasing responsibilities for a portfolio of five regional shopping malls.
